Job summary

Pro Bros Management Pty Ltd in Sydney is seeking a dedicated Web Administrator to maintain and enhance our company website and online ordering system.

You will manage content, plugins, security and performance, provide staff support, and liaise with developers and hosting providers to keep the site reliable. This is a full-time, permanent role with a 38-hour week and a salary package of 79,000–89,000 AUD plus superannuation.

Qualifications

• AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma; at least 1 year of relevant work experience, or 3 years to substitute.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the company website and product information.
• Manage website content, software and online applications.
• Monitor performance and fix technical issues.
• Maintain the online ordering system for smooth orders.
• Install updates and maintain plugins and features.
• Monitor security and protect business information.
• Perform backups and assist with data recovery.
• Test updates across devices and browsers.
• Ensure availability, speed and functionality.
• Liaise with developers and hosting providers to resolve problems.
• Provide support to staff using website systems.
• Maintain records of updates and issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance and reliability.
• Ensure website supports online ordering and operations.

Education
