Pro Bros Management Pty Ltd in Sydney is seeking a dedicated Web Administrator to maintain and enhance our company website and online ordering system.

You will manage content, plugins, security and performance, provide staff support, and liaise with developers and hosting providers to keep the site reliable. This is a full-time, permanent role with a 38-hour week and a salary package of 79,000–89,000 AUD plus superannuation.

Qualificações

• AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma; at least 1 year of relevant work experience, or 3 years to substitute.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and update the company website and product information.

• Maintain and update the company website and product information.
• Manage website content, software and online applications.
• Monitor website performance and fix technical issues.
• Maintain the online ordering system to ensure customers can place orders smoothly.
• Install software updates and maintain website plugins and features.
• Monitor website security and protect business information.
• Perform website backups and assist with data recovery when required.
• Test website updates to ensure they work correctly across different devices and browsers.
• Monitor website availability, speed and functionality.
• Manage website user accounts and access permissions.
• Liaise with web developers and hosting providers to resolve technical problems.
• Provide technical support to staff using website systems.
• Maintain records of website updates, maintenance and technical issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve website performance, usability and reliability.
• Ensure the website supports the company's online ordering and business operations.
