Job summary

Sharon Bennie - Specialist Property Recruitment in Sydney is seeking an experienced salesperson to join a water-fronting development team working on off-the-plan apartments. You will service buyer enquiries, source buyers, and provide project information to assist sales.

The role requires 3+ years of success in selling off-the-plan, a real estate certificate/license, and strong presentation skills. Weekend work is expected, and you will collaborate with marketing and project teams to achieve

Qualifications

• 3+ years demonstrated success in selling off-the-plan apartments.
• Experience in managing external agent channel partners would be an advantage.
• Extremely well presented and a strong communicator.
• Able to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Servicing and qualifying all incoming buyer enquiry.
• Sourcing buyers through networking and strategic relationship building.
• Provide key information on units, features and structure of the building.
• Educating buyers regarding the projects, property investment and providing general property market commentary.
• Continued communications with purchasers through to settlement.
• Assist in the management of / and providing guidance to a Host / Assistant.
• Close collaboration with the Marketing team as required for the project to achieve Sales objectives.
