Gough Recruitment is partnering with a national luxury developer to recruit a top-performing Sales Executive for Surfers Paradise and surrounding areas. You will drive the sale of off-the-plan residential projects, nurturing buyers and working within a fast-paced, high-achievement culture.

The role requires outstanding customer service, CRM proficiency, and a Queensland Real Estate Licence. Expect uncapped earnings and modern offices in a prime location with a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Must have exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Previous sales experience with residential off-the-plan projects.
• Queensland Real Estate Licence required.

Responsibilities

• Sell luxury off-the-plan residential projects to buyers.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with development, sales and marketing teams to close deals.
