You will keep accurate records, track warranty claims and parts orders, liaise with suppliers, and ensure enquiries progress smoothly.

Responsabilités

• Respond to warranty and parts enquiries by phone and email.
• Collect customer details, photos and information for assessment.
• Record and track warranty claims, parts orders and job progress.
• Liaise with suppliers about parts availability, deliveries and claims.
• Order parts and coordinate their dispatch or collection.
• Work with the workshop team to organise parts for repairs.
• Keep customers informed and follow up outstanding matters.
• Maintain accurate records of correspondence, approvals and costs.
