Melbourne Tractors Pty Ltd. is seeking a Warranty Administrator to manage warranty claim submissions across five branches, coordinating with Service Managers and Advisors to protect customer satisfaction.

Responsabilités

• Reviewing and processing warranty claims in accordance with policies and manufacturer guidelines.
• Working with the Service team to validate claims and coordinate warranty activities.
• Monitoring claim progress and proactively communicating updates to customers and stakeholders.
• Preparing and processing invoices for completed work orders.
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring warranty claims and contracts are correctly registered within company systems.

Melbourne Tractors is a family owned dealership with over 40 years of partnering with our customers and delivering, repairing and servicing well respected construction and agricultural brands including Kobelco, New Holland, Merlo, ASVs and more!

About the role:

As the Warranty Administrator, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate submission for all Warranty Claims across the five branches that make up the greater Melbourne Tractors group of Construction and Agricultural machinery dealerships. You will be working closely with our Service Managers and Service Advisors on a daily basis to ensure this important role delivers on the customer satisfaction levels that the group seeks to provide to all of its customers. Reporting to the General Service Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing and processing warranty claims in accordance with established policies, procedures, and manufacturer guidelines
• Working closely with the Service team to validate claims and coordinate warranty-related activities
• Monitoring claim progress and proactively communicating updates to customers and stakeholders
• Preparing and processing invoices for completed work orders
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring warranty claims, documentation, and contracts are correctly registered within company systems
