This role is crucial in maintaining our high standards of customer service and product experience by ensuring that every interaction is handled with care and efficiency.

The Role

As a Warranty Administrator, you will play a key role in maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of warranty processes. Leveraging your technical skills, you will manage warranty claims and inquiries from customers, dealers, and suppliers, ensuring accurate data entry and responsiveness. Your ability to analyse and interpret data from various sources, including claims, systems, and communications, will be essential in ensuring decision quality. By maintaining effective communication and a proactive approach, you will help streamline the warranty process, ensuring customer satisfaction and the integrity of the system.

Key Responsibilities

• Claim Processing: Ensure timely and accurate adjudication of all warranty claims, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, while entering and updating data in our systems, to maintain data integrity.
• Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to validate, update data, resolve issues, to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment.
• Analysis: Identify trends, potential issues, and provide valuable insights to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
• Manage Customer, Dealer, and Supplier Relations: Act as the primary contact for addressing inquiries related to warranty claims, requests, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to and support continuous improvement initiatives within the department and cross-functionally to enhance processes and systems.
