Western Truck Group in Toowoomba is seeking a Warranty Administrator to manage warranty and contract repair claims across the brand network. You will work closely with service and workshop teams to ensure accuracy, compliance and timely cost recovery.

The role requires strong administration, attention to detail, clear communication and the ability to prioritise in a busy dealership environment, with automotive/truck experience considered highly advantageous.

Formación

• Previous experience in warranty administration or a service department; dealership experience is preferred but not essential.
• Strong administration, attention to detail and computer skills, including online systems.
• Clear communication and customer service skills.
• Organised, reliable and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, submit and manage warranty and contract repair claims across multiple dealer brands, ensuring accuracy, compliance and supporting documentation.
• Monitor claim approvals, rejections and payments to support timely cost recovery.
• Maintain accurate warranty records and databases and support efficient warranty parts storage and flow.
• Liaise with service and workshop teams to verify repair information and resolve warranty-related enquiries.
• Assist with Service Department administration, including work order generation and system updates.
• Support warranty team members, branches and service partners with claim overflows, warranty procedures, systems, training and continuous improvement initiatives.
