• Collaboration: validate and update data, resolve issues for consistency.
• Analysis: identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.
• Manage Customer, Dealer, and Supplier Relations: be the primary contact for warranty inquiries.
• Continuous Improvement: support process and system improvements within the department.
