Green RV is seeking an organised, customer-focused Warranty & Customer Support Coordinator for the Forest Glen team. The role focuses on administration and clear communication to manage caravan warranty claims from intake through to resolution.

You will gather information, prepare claims for manufacturers, liaise with suppliers, and keep customers informed of progress. It is a hands-on role requiring accurate records and teamwork with Warranty, Parts and Workshop teams.

Formación

• Experience in warranty administration or customer support is advantageous.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and keep accurate records.
• Comfortable communicating by phone and email with customers and suppliers.

Responsabilidades

• Receive and review customer warranty enquiries.
• Gather information and documentation for warranty claims.
• Prepare and submit warranty claims to manufacturers and suppliers.
• Follow up with manufacturers on claim status and approvals.
• Monitor claims through all stages and update customers regularly.
• Maintain accurate warranty records and notes.
• Liaise with internal Warranty, Parts and Workshop teams.
• Progress outstanding claims and request additional information as needed.
• Assist customers with general warranty inquiries.
