Job summary

JAS Auto Electrical Parts, part of the Bapcor Group, is seeking a highly organised Warranty Administrator to join our Product Management team in Mount Waverley. Reporting to the Product Manager, you will manage warranty claims from submission through to resolution and collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate processing and a positive customer experience.

This hands-on role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to juggle

Qualifications

• Experience in warranty/claims administration or customer service.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficiency with ERP or business management systems.

Responsibilities

• Process and assess warranty claims in accordance with company and supplier guidelines.
• Collect and validate supporting documentation including invoices and product information.
• Track claims and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely resolution.
• Act as the key point of contact for branch teams and customers regarding warranty enquiries.
• Maintain accurate claim records and supporting documentation.
• Prepare warranty activity reports for management.
• Liaise with internal teams and suppliers to resolve warranty-related issues.
• Identify trends and recurring product issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with maintaining warranty procedures and documentation.
