Key Responsibilities
Warranty Administration & Data Processing
- Enter and submit warranty claims and related data accurately into internal systems.
- Check claims and supporting documentation for completeness before submission.
- Ensure required information and attachments are correctly recorded and filed.
- Maintain accurate records and claim histories in line with internal processes.
Documentation & Submissions
- Prepare and submit warranty-related documentation on behalf of the team.
- Upload and manage supporting documents such as invoices, repair orders, and approval forms.
- Ensure submissions meet required formats, timelines, and procedural standards.
Coordination & Support
- Support Warranty Specialists by preparing claims for review and adjudication.
- Liaise with internal teams to obtain missing or incomplete information.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence related to warranty administration.
- Track claim statuses and follow up outstanding actions as required.
Compliance & Quality Control
- Perform quality checks on data entry and submissions to minimise rework and errors.
- Flag inconsistencies, missing information, or system issues to the Warranty team.
- Assist with audits and reporting by maintaining clean and reliable data.
