Job summary

Chery is seeking a Warranty Specialist in Sydney to support warranty repairs and claims, ensuring compliance with policies and technical requirements. You will manage end-to-end warranty matters from claim review to investigation and resolution, liaising with dealers and customers to achieve timely outcomes.

The role requires at least 2 years of warranty/technical experience, strong MS Office skills, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in warranty, service, parts, or technical roles.
• Technical knowledge or mechanical understanding.
• Strong organisational and workload management skills.
• Excellent written communication skills for professional email responses.
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Review and adjudicate dealer-submitted warranty claims to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Return claims to dealers with corrections or additional information as required.
• Perform daily manual claim adjudication to maintain quality and compliance.
• Provide clear guidance to dealers on warranty policies and claim requirements.
• Assess PWAs submitted by nominated dealer groups, including diagnosis and repair hour requests.
• Investigate dealer enquiries regarding claim variations or denials with written responses.
• Coordinate the return of replaced components for inspection and analysis when required.
