Job summary

CHERY in Sydney is seeking a Warranty Administration Officer to provide essential administrative support to the Warranty and Aftersales team. This role focuses on data entry, documentation, and timely submissions, rather than technical decision-making.

You will work with Warranty Specialists and internal teams to ensure compliant claim processing and high-quality data, with no automotive experience required.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, data entry, claims processing, or office support.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to handle high volumes of information and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Enter and submit warranty claims and related data accurately into internal systems.
• Check claims and supporting documentation for completeness before submission.
• Maintain accurate records and claim histories per internal processes.
• Prepare and submit warranty-related documentation on behalf of the team.
• Track claim statuses and follow up outstanding actions as required.
• Assist with audits and reporting by maintaining clean data.
