Shadforth in Forest Glen (Sunshine Coast) is seeking an Insurance and Warranty Coordinator to manage claims across our vehicle and heavy plant fleet. You will ensure documentation is accurate, claims are processed promptly and processes are continuously improved.

This office-based role offers 38 hours per week, flexible hours and a friendly, practical workshop environment where you will collaborate with workshop, fleet and finance teams.

Qualificações

• Experience in warranty administration, insurance claims or dealership service administration.
• Understanding of insurance and/or warranty processes.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate insurance and warranty claims from lodgement through to finalisation.
• Liaise with insurers, brokers, assessors, dealerships, suppliers and internal teams.
• Gather and review repair quotes, job cards, invoices and supporting documentation.
• Track claim progress, approvals, payments and outstanding matters.
• Maintain accurate claims registers, records and reports.
• Work with workshop and finance teams to reconcile claims, payments and warranty credits.
• Follow up outstanding claims and assist with improving administrative processes.
