Job summary

Disability Connect Victoria in Warragul seeks an experienced Executive Operations Manager (NDIS/TAC) to lead daily operations across NDIS and TAC-funded services. This full-time role drives compliance, budgets, systems, and continuous improvement, reporting to the senior management team.

You will oversee operations teams, develop policies, manage budgets, and ensure safeguarding and quality standards while delivering person-centred support to vulnerable groups in our community.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operations management experience in disability or not-for-profit sectors.
• Strong knowledge of NDIS operations, funding, and compliance.
• Experience managing TAC-funded services is highly desirable.
• Proven people management skills in a compassionate, inclusive environment.
• Excellent financial management and budgeting capabilities.
• Knowledge of Disability Services Quality Standards and safeguarding frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of NDIS- and TAC-funded services with regulatory compliance.
• Lead operational teams: recruitment, training, performance management, professional development.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and systems for efficiency and quality.
• Manage budgets and monitor expenditure across NDIS and TAC services.
• Ensure funding compliance, including planning, claims, and audits.
• Monitor KPIs, service quality metrics, and client outcomes for strategic decisions.
• Liaise with NDIS, TAC, and external stakeholders to address concerns and opportunities.
• Maintain robust systems for client data management, reporting, and privacy.
