Job summary

The Right Place Disability Services in Wagga Wagga is seeking an experienced NDIS Support Manager / Service Manager to lead daily operations and ensure high-quality, person-centred care. This leadership role focuses on strong team performance, compliance with NDIS standards, and delivering responsive services to participants and families.

Qualifications

• Experience in the NDIS or disability services sector.
• Strong knowledge of NDIS guidelines, compliance, and pricing.
• Proven leadership and staff management experience.
• Current Driver’s License, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and WWCC.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and service delivery
• Lead, supervise, and support a team of support workers
• Ensure high-quality, person-centred care for participants
• Coordinate services in line with participant plans and funding
• Build strong relationships with participants, families, and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and Quality & Safeguards Commission
• Oversee incident management, reporting, and risk processes
• Drive continuous improvement and service quality
• Work collaboratively with Support Coordinators and allied health professionals
