Wagtail Services Ltd is seeking a accomplished operations leader to drive daily management of disability services in Toowoomba and surrounding communities. You will guide development as Wagtail plans entry into Support at Home aged care, reporting to the Director and coordinating with the Family Delegate to ensure effective support delivery.

Qualificações

• Proven management experience in disability or related community services.
• Strong practical knowledge of the NDIS and supported-home operations.
• Evidence of improving staff performance, service quality and business outcomes.
• Financial literacy and sound risk judgement.
• Possession of a current driver licence and required screenings.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee service delivery and supported-home operations, including SIL/ILO and community supports.
• Provide workforce leadership and coaching across staff levels; monitor performance and training.
• Ensure service quality and reflect participants’ choices, strengths and goals.
• Maintain safeguarding, risk management, complaints handling and NDIS audit readiness.
• Ensure compliance with SCHADS, Fair Work and safety requirements.
• Collaborate with clinical governance with RNs to support complex needs.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets and rostering in partnership with accountants.
• Plan and establish Support at Home services and aged-care readiness.
• Monitor changes in NDIS and aged-care funding and regulations; respond with practical actions.
• Use AI responsibly to enhance efficiency while protecting privacy.
