Job summary

Hipac Healthcare Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Warehouse Worker to join our Operations team in Prestons. This hands-on role covers the full warehouse operation, from receiving to dispatch, in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, check and store incoming goods.
• Pick, pack and prepare customer orders.
• Prepare goods for dispatch and load/unload deliveries.
• Operate a forklift safely and confidently.
• Maintain accurate stock locations and conduct stock counts.
• Identify and resolve stock or order discrepancies.
• Assist with deliveries and collections as required.

The Role

You’ll work across all aspects of the warehouse, including:

• Receiving, checking and putting away incoming goods
• Picking, packing and preparing customer orders
• Preparing and checking goods for dispatch
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Operating a forklift safely and confidently
• Maintaining accurate and organised stock locations
• Completing stock counts and supporting inventory accuracy
• Identifying and resolving stock or order discrepancies
• Assisting with deliveries and collections when required
• Keeping the warehouse organised, safe and ready for what's next

What We're Looking For

We're looking for an experienced warehouse professional, not someone looking for their first warehouse role.

You’ll need:

• Demonstrated warehouse experience – essential
• Current forklift licence – essential
• Current Australian driver's licence – essential
• Experience across receiving, picking, packing and dispatch
• Confidence operating a forklift
• Good stock control and inventory skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• The ability to prioritise and work independently
• Initiative and a willingness to take ownership
• A practical, hands-on approach
• Good communication and teamwork
