Job summary

Sabre Recruiting is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Sydney to handle receiving, checking deliveries and packing orders for daily installations. You will manage stock accuracy, assist with occasional local deliveries, and keep the warehouse neat and compliant with WHS rules.

Proactive teamwork is essential; experience with pallet jacks and Crown reach trucks is preferred. A current driving licence and ability to perform manual handling are required.

Job description

This is a warehouse role involving receiving and checking deliveries from suppliers, picking and packing orders for daily installations, and occasional deliveries of stock to client sites across Sydney. You will maintain warehouse organisation and stock accuracy, manage recycling, waste, and rubbish removal, and ensure a clean and safe workspace while following workplace health and safety (WHS) protocols.

Maintaining warehouse organisation and stock accuracy

Managing recycling, waste, and rubbish removal

General warehouse duties as required

About you

Confident using pallet jacks and other warehouse machinery (Crown pedestrian reach trucks)

Understanding of export procedures and courier logistics desirable

Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)

Good written and verbal communication skills

Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling

Current full driver's licence (car)

Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to the role

Strong work ethic and a team-first attitude

Previous warehouse or storeperson experience preferred

Experience in the Medical, Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry is a bonus (not essential)
