Job summary

Findstaff is seeking two motivated Warehouse Dispatch & Packing Operators to join our Sydney team. In this full-time role you will pick, pack, label, dispatch orders and operate forklifts.

You'll work a 7:00am–3:00pm shift with overtime and a quarterly bonus for eligible staff. A current forklift licence is essential and teamwork and safety are valued.

Qualifications

• Current Forklift Licence (essential)
• Experience in warehousing, dispatch, logistics or pick packing preferred
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or inventory systems highly regarded
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proactive, reliable work ethic and good communication

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders accurately using picking slips and WMS
• Pack products securely for delivery
• Prepare freight consignments and shipping documentation
• Label and dispatch orders with various freight carriers
• Load and unload delivery vehicles safely
• Maintain inventory accuracy and report stock discrepancies
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment
• Keep the warehouse clean, organised and safe
• Follow WHS procedures and company policies
• Collaborate with the team to meet daily dispatch targets

The Role

Working within a busy warehouse and dispatch environment, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer orders are picked, packed and delivered accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders accurately using picking slips and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Pack products securely to ensure they arrive in excellent condition
• Prepare freight consignments and shipping documentation
• Label and dispatch orders using a variety of freight carriers
• Load and unload delivery vehicles safely
• Maintain inventory accuracy and report stock discrepancies
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment
• Keep the warehouse clean, organised and safe
• Follow all WHS procedures and company policies

About You

• Current Forklift Licence (essential)
