Job summary

BS3 in Dandenong is seeking a Warehouse Operator to manage pharmaceutical and medical products essential for patients and healthcare providers. Responsibilities

• Receive inbound goods and check quantities, condition and paperwork.
• Pick, pack and dispatch orders, including cold-chain shipments.
• Record stock movements in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Consign and manifest shipments so they arrive on time.
• Do stock replenishment, cycle counts and stocktakes.
• Handle medicines under strict security and chain-of-custody controls (Schedule 2, 3, 4, 8, 9).
• Run temperature checks and maintain accurate records per Good Documentation Practice.
• Report deviations, temperature excursions, discrepancies and safety hazards promptly.
• Support audits, investigations and continuous improvement.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organised, safe and secure.
