Job summary

Visy Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead the NSW Glass warehouse and transport operation in Penrith. You’ll drive safety, compliance, customer service and commercial outcomes while managing a team of Supervisors, Inventory Control and warehouse staff.

In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll optimise day-to-day warehouse activities, utilise SAP, WMS and TMS data to improve performance and cost efficiency, and partner with customers and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in transport, logistics, warehousing or supply chain operations.
• Knowledge of NHVR, CoR and safety compliance requirements.
• Experience managing budgets, labour and performance outcomes.
• Ability to use SAP, WMS and TMS data to drive decisions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Continuous improvement mindset with track record of results.

Responsibilities
