Job summary

Visy Logistics in Penrith, NSW is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead our NSW Glass warehouse and transport operation, driving operational excellence and building a high‑performing team.

You will oversee day‑to‑day warehouse and distribution activities, ensuring outstanding safety, compliance, customer service and commercial outcomes. You’ll lead Supervisors, Inventory Control and warehouse staff, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading warehousing, transport or supply chain operations.
• Strong knowledge of NHVR, CoR and safety compliance requirements.
• Ability to manage budgets, labour and performance metrics.
• Proficient in SAP, WMS and TMS with data-driven decision making.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Manager to lead our NSW Glass warehouse and transport operation, driving operational excellence while building a high-performing team.

In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee the day-to-day management of warehouse and distribution activities, ensuring the operation delivers outstanding safety, compliance, customer service and commercial outcomes. You'll lead a team of Supervisors, Inventory Control and warehouse employees, fostering a culture of accountability, engagement and continuous improvement.

• Leadership experience within transport, logistics, warehousing or supply chain operations.

• SAP, WMS and TMS experience, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
• A people-first leadership style with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
