Job summary

Visy Logistics in Penrith, NSW, is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead the NSW Glass warehouse and transport operation, delivering safety, service and commercial outcomes. You will manage a team of Supervisors, Inventory Control and warehouse staff, driving accountability and continuous improvement.

You will optimize labour, budgets and assets, ensure NHVR/CoR/HACCP compliance, and use SAP, WMS and TMS data to inform decisions while fostering a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Breadth of leadership experience in logistics/warehousing or transport.
• Strong knowledge of NHVR, CoR and safety/compliance requirements.
• Experience with budgets, labour utilisation and performance targets.
• Proficient with SAP, WMS and TMS and data-driven decision making.
• People-first leadership with strong communication and stakeholder skills.
• Continuous improvement mindset and proven results.

Responsibilities

• Lead the safe and efficient operation of the NSW Glass warehouse and transport fleet.
• Drive performance by managing people, assets, productivity and costs.
• Ensure NHVR, CoR, HACCP compliance and company standards.
