Job summary

Freedom Motors Australia P/L in St Marys, NSW, is seeking an experienced hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead the store person and oversee day-to-day warehouse operations. You will manage receiving, storage, dispatch, inventory accuracy and coordinate stock movements for domestic and international shipments.

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will drive safety, organise workflow across production and sales teams and maintain a clean, compliant warehouse working Monday to Friday

Qualifications

• Previous experience supervising or coordinating warehouse operations.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or automotive environments is preferred.
• Strong organisational skills and knowledge of inventory control and dispatch processes.

We’re looking for an experienced, hands‑on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the day‑to‑day warehouse operations, lead our store person and help keep everything running safely, efficiently and smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supervise and support the store person, coordinating daily warehouse activities and priorities.

• Oversee the receiving, checking, storage and dispatch of incoming & outgoing goods.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock is organised, accessible and accounted for.

• Coordinate stock movements, replenishment and ordering of parts from domestic & international suppliers as required.

• Receive large shipments and organise the safe unloading, movement and storage of pallets and goods.

• Plan and coordinate national & international shipments, ensuring goods are prepared and dispatched on time.

• Conduct and oversee regular stock takes, investigate discrepancies and maintain stock accuracy.

• Work closely with production, sales and management teams to ensure parts and materials are available daily.

• Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse, ensuring all activities comply with workplace health and safety requirements.

• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, workflow and efficiency.

• Report directly to the Production Manager and contribute to a positive, cooperative and high-performing team.

• Working Hours: 7:00am – 3:06pm, Monday to Friday.

Who You Are:

• Previous experience supervising or coordinating warehouse operations, preferably within a manufacturing, industrial or automotive environment.

• Experience leading, supporting or directing warehouse staff.

• Strong organisational skills and an understanding of inventory control, stock accuracy and dispatch processes.

• The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

• A strong commitment to workplace health and safety.

• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with different departments.

• A hands‑on approach, a positive attitude and a willingness to take ownership of your responsibilities.

Must Have Requirements:

• Valid Australian driver’s licence & current forklift licence

• Australian permanent residency or citizenship is required for this position.

• Ability to pass a pre‑employment medical
