Job summary

Trinity Auto Group in Cairns is seeking a Parts Warehouse Person/Driver to support our distribution centre and service locations. This role requires a proactive team player with parts experience and solid warehousing knowledge.

The successful candidate will work across multiple brands, manage data entry, and deliver excellent customer service in a busy, hands-on environment. A current manual driver's licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Experienced and motivated store person and driver with prior vehicle parts experience.
• Have a thorough understanding of warehousing and locations.
• Sound computer skills with Outlook, Word, and Excel experience.
• A working knowledge of Pentana DMS.
• Multi-franchise experience would be an advantage.
• Positive attitude and able to work with others toward business objectives.
• Manual driver's licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for immediate processes and work with peers and customers professionally.
• Facilitate efficient parts handling.
• Respond to and follow up all enquiries within reasonable time frames.
• Maintain warehouse and locations policy and procedure.
• Work as a valuable member in a team environment.
• Utilise computer systems and input data accurately.
• Provide superior levels of customer service.
• Other duties as required by the parts manager.

As part of the Tony White Group, Trinity Auto Group is a substantial, multi-franchise dealership, located in beautiful, tropical Cairns in North Queensland. This dynamic business has an amazing team in place and we are looking for more of the right people to join us.

This role needs someone who can jump right in and make a difference from the start, so prior experience as an Parts Warehouse Person/Driver- or in a similar position - would be advantageous.

The successful applicant will work within our Parts Distribution Centre supporting our 13 new cars brands, used car reconditioning and our 2 vehicle service centre locations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• As a parts team member you will need to take responsibility for your immediate processes and work with peers and customers in a professional and timely manner
• Be able to facilitate efficient parts handling.
• Effectively respond to and follow up all enquiries in a within reasonable time frames
• Maintain warehouse and locations policy and procedure
• Work as a valuable member in a team environment
• Utilise computer systems and programs efficiently and input data accurately
• Provide superior levels of customer service
• Other duties as required time to time as directed by the parts manager
