Job summary

Trinity Auto Group in Cairns, North Queensland, is seeking a committed Vehicle Sales Consultant to build lasting customer relationships and capitalise on a successful career in the motor industry. Experience in vehicle sales or a similar role is preferred.

You will maintain and develop customers through ethical sales, respond to enquiries, and use CRM tools to drive growth, while representing a friendly, professional team at a long-established dealership.

Qualifications

• Experience in vehicle sales or a related role preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient computer skills with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate product offers and ethical sales techniques to maximise quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction
• Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using collaboration to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships
• Effectively respond to and follow up all sales enquiries using appropriate processes
• Use and update customer and prospect contact data, and use available tools and systems to facilitate customer retention.

With experienced and supportive management integrated in a committed and professional team, we have an outstanding opportunity for a Vehicle Sales Consultant looking to capitalise on a successful career in the motor industry.

• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
• Sound computer skills with Outlook, Word, and Excel experience
• Immaculate and professional presentation
