TCR Group is a global leader in Ground Support Equipment (GSE) solutions. We are seeking a Parts Store Person to manage inventory, coordinate orders, and support technicians with parts across our Sydney workshop.

You will follow internal processes, receive and dispatch goods, and help maintain a safe, efficient store environment to keep airport operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Background in mechanics, maintenance, planning, scheduling, auto parts stores or automotive retail is highly advantageous.
• Driver’s licence is required; forklift licence beneficial (training available).

Responsibilities

• Follow internal processes and maintain accurate system records.
• Receive and dispatch goods efficiently.
• Maintain housekeeping standards in the parts store.
• Collaborate with service technicians regarding parts & accessories requests.
• Arrange couriers for dispatch and collection of goods.
• Assist with stock movements and stock control (up to 20kg).
• Support efficient workshop operations and a safety-first culture.

The Opportunity

As a Parts Store Person, you’ll manage inventory, coordinate orders and support our technicians with the parts they need to keep airport operations running smoothly.

A Snapshot Of What You Will Be Doing Here

• Following internal processes and maintaining accurate system records
• Efficiently receive and dispatch goods
• Proactively maintain housekeeping standards in the parts store
• Collaborate with service technicians regarding their request for parts & accessories.
• Arranging couriers for dispatch and collection of goods
• Assisting with physical stock movements and stock control (up to 20kg)
• Supporting efficient workshop operations and a safety-first culture
  
  

Who We're Looking For

• Background in mechanics, maintenance, planning, scheduling, auto parts stores or automotive retail is highly advantageous
• Tech-savvy (SAP/FSM experience highly regarded, or willingness to learn)
• Strong communicator with a proactive, positive attitude
• Process-driven, organised, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment
