Job summary

CoolDrive Auto Parts in Mackay, QLD, is seeking a motivated Parts Interpreter to join our team in a full-time capacity. You will respond to customer enquiries, assist at the trade sales counter, identify vehicle specifications, and issue accurate invoices.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and a willingness to deliver excellent service. A valid Australian driver’s licence is advantageous, and prior face-to-face sales experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Valid Australian driver's licence (Advantageous).
• Previous experience in face-to-face sales and customer service with a focus on building strong customer relationships.
• General automotive knowledge (Advantageous).
• Extensive administrative experience in a service or customer relations role, demonstrating organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a clear and professional approach.
• Proven ability to interpret customer needs and provide expert advice and solutions.

We are looking for a motivated Parts Interpreter to join our dynamic team at our Mackay, QLD location on a Full-Time basis.

What your Responsibilities will be

Responding to customer enquiries via email and phone in a timely and professional manner.

Assisting customers at the trade sales counter as required.
