Job summary

La Cosmetique in Seven Hills, Sydney, is seeking a capable Warehouse Pick Packer & E-commerce Assistant to join our growing team. This hands-on hybrid role covers online order fulfilment, stock management, customer service and daily warehouse operations.

The ideal candidate will be organised, accurate and reliable with strong English communication, able to work independently and physically able for warehouse duties. Previous e-commerce or warehouse experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong written and spoken English is essential.
• Experience with e-commerce / online order fulfilment.
• Experience in warehouse, inventory or pick-packing.
• Understanding of inventory and stock management.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving.
• Confident using computers and learning e-commerce systems.
• Basic to intermediate Excel skills.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently.
• Physically capable of warehouse duties and lifting.
• Full Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Process, pick, pack and dispatch e-commerce / online orders accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor online orders and resolve order issues, returns, exchanges and customer enquiries.
• Communicate professionally with customers by email and phone.
• Receive incoming stock and check quantities against invoices and delivery documents.
• Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
• Conduct regular stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Process stock adjustments and investigate stock discrepancies.
• Monitor stock levels and report low stock, damaged stock or inventory issues.
• Ensure stock is correctly labelled, stored and allocated to warehouse locations.
• Pick and prepare B2B / wholesale and store transfer orders.
• Palletise, label and prepare incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Assist with stock movement and general warehouse organisation.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment.
• Operate a forklift where required (for licensed team members).
