Job summary

BKT Beauty - Beauty Keeps Transforming is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Assistant to support accurate movement of products across the business from its North Rocks NSW location. You will process orders through Shopify and Fishbowl, manage stock and dispatches, and assist with customer and partner enquiries regarding orders, stock availability, and delivery timelines.

This role requires attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a proactive approach in a fast-paced warehouse

Responsibilities

Brazilian Keratin Nanoplasty Pty Ltd is seeking an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Warehouse & Logistics Assistant to support the accurate and efficient movement of products across the business. The role is responsible for processing customer orders, maintaining inventory records, supporting warehouse and logistics operations, coordinating dispatches and deliveries, and assisting with customer and partner enquiries relating to orders, stock availability, and delivery timelines. The Warehouse & Logistics Assistant will work across Shopify, Fishbowl, carrier platforms, and other operational systems to ensure orders are processed accurately, stock records remain current, and warehouse activities are completed safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

Process incoming customer orders received through Shopify and other approved sales channels, reviewing for accuracy including customer details, products, quantities, delivery instructions, and shipping requirements

Ensure orders are picked, packed, and prepared for dispatch accurately and within required timeframes, prioritising according to operational requirements and customer classification

Operate and maintain Fishbowl or other approved warehouse management systems, processing stock allocations, order fulfilment, inventory movements, and warehouse transactions

Coordinate the daily dispatch of customer and business orders, booking shipments through approved carriers and preparing shipping labels, consignment documentation, and manifests

Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular cycle counts and stocktakes, and investigate stock variances between physical stock and system records

Receive incoming deliveries and large shipments, ensuring quantities and documentation are checked accurately and goods are safely unloaded, inspected, recorded, and stored

Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment, ensuring products and packaging materials are stored appropriately and work areas remain organised

Respond to order-related enquiries from customers, distributors, salon partners, and internal team members, providing accurate updates regarding order status, stock availability, and delivery timelines

Receive and process returned products in accordance with company procedures, inspecting returned goods and coordinating replacement orders, credits, refunds, or other approved resolutions

Work closely with customer service, sales, finance, supply chain, and management teams, communicating stock shortages, order risks, delivery delays, and operational issues promptly

About you

Highly organised and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

Proactive, dependable, and responsive with the ability to manage competing priorities and changing operational requirements

Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and willing to undertake hands‑on warehouse duties

Strong organisational and multitasking skills with high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Good written and verbal communication skills and able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office, email, and online systems

Ability to safely complete the physical duties associated with warehouse operations

Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, order fulfilment, or stock control is preferred

Experience using Shopify or another e-commerce platform is advantageous

Familiarity with warehouse management systems, preferably Fishbowl, is desirable; a current forklift licence is highly regarded
