Job summary

Express Employment Professionals – Banksmeadow NSW is seeking experienced E-Commerce Pick Packers to join the distribution centre of a well-known fashion retailer. Work in a brand-new warehouse with modern facilities and a great team environment, supporting online orders in a fast-paced, high-volume operation.

Candidates must have ecommerce pick packing experience, be able to use scanners and warehouse systems, and be reliable with Monday-Friday ongoing availability.

Qualifications

• Experience in ecommerce pick packing for online orders.
• Experience with high-volume KPI-driven pick packing.
• Familiar with warehouse systems, scanners and computers.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good attendance, punctuality and reliability.
• Positive attitude and team mentality.
• Physically fit for warehouse duties.
• Monday-Friday ongoing availability.
• Steel cap boots required.

Responsibilities

• Pick online orders by SKU, size, colour and quantity.
• Pack orders with high presentation standards.
• Use handheld scanners and computer systems.
• Enter data and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Prepare orders for dispatch and prioritise urgent orders.
• Handle replenishment, returns and general warehouse duties.
• Identify and report damaged or incorrect stock.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area.

We are seeking experienced E-Commerce Pick Packers to join the Distribution Centre of a well-known fashion retailer.

Work in a brand-new warehouse with modern facilities and a great team environment, supporting the fulfilment of online customer orders in a fast-paced, high-volume operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick online orders accurately by SKU, size, colour and quantity
• Pack orders correctly and to a high presentation standard
• Use handheld scanners and computer systems
• Complete data entry and maintain inventory accuracy
• Prepare orders for dispatch and prioritise urgent orders
• Replenishment, returns and general warehouse duties
• Identify and report damaged or incorrect stock
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area

To be successful, you MUST have

• Previous E-Commerce / Pick Packing experience with online orders
• Experience with high volume KPI driven pick packing
• Experience using warehouse systems, scanners and computers
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good attendance, punctuality and reliability
