Job summary

Pump Haircare, a premium Australian haircare brand, seeks a motivated Supply Chain & Warehouse Coordinator to join our small but dynamic team. You’ll oversee stock flow from receiving to distribution, coordinate with suppliers, and support demand planning using trend data.

You will contribute to inventory accuracy, ensure timely deliveries, and collaborate with our close-knit team to maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse coordination (preferably in e-commerce).
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
• Physical ability to lift, move, and handle warehouse stock.
• CIN7 experience is a plus.
