Job summary

BKT Beauty - Beauty Keeps Transforming is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Assistant to support accurate movement of products across the business from its North Rocks NSW location. You will process orders through Shopify and Fishbowl, manage stock and dispatches, and assist with customer and partner enquiries regarding orders, stock availability, and delivery timelines.

This role requires attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a proactive approach in a fast-paced warehouse

Qualifications

• Highly organised and proactive approach to logistics and warehouse tasks.
• Attention to detail in order processing, stock control, and documentation.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear written and verbal communication with internal teams and customers.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a warehouse setting.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, online systems).

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders received via Shopify and other channels for accuracy.
• Ensure orders are picked, packed and prepared for dispatch within deadlines.
• Operate Fishbowl or other WMS to manage stock allocations and movements.
• Coordinate daily dispatches and booking shipments with approved carriers.
• Monitor inventory levels, perform cycle counts and investigate variances.
• Receive deliveries, check quantities, document and store goods safely.
• Respond to order inquiries from customers, distributors, and internal teams.
• Process returned products per procedures, coordinating replacements or credits.
• Communicate stock shortages, order risks, and delivery delays to relevant teams.
