This is a varied, hands-on role that combines warehouse operations with day-to-day support for our sales and customer service teams. About the Role

As our Warehouse & Customer Support Assistant, youll play an important role in keeping our business running smoothly. You'll help ensure customer orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately while also assisting with administrative and sales support tasks throughout the day.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing computer-based work with hands-on warehouse duties.

What You'll Be Doing

Warehouse Operations

Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders accurately and efficiently

Prepare shipping documentation and labels in line with carrier requirements

Book freight through online portals and upload bulk order files (CSV)

Print labels, manifest shipments, and prepare orders for collection

Update tracking information within inventory management systems

Replenish picking locations to maintain stock availability

Assist with stock takes and inventory accuracy

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

Administration & Team Support

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team

Assist with order processing and customer-related administration

Update records and maintain accurate system information

Support operational improvements and general business activities as required

Help ensure smooth communication between warehouse and office functions

Safety & Compliance

Operate warehouse equipment safely, including pallet jacks, trolleys, and scanners

Follow workplace health, safety, and manual handling procedures

Report hazards, incidents, damaged stock, or safety concerns promptly

Contribute to maintaining a positive and safety-focused workplace culture

About You

Yourselves ideally have:

Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and online systems

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

A dependable attendance and punctuality record

The ability to work on your feet and safely lift to 14kg

Good organizational skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
