Job summary

Epiroc Australia is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operative for our Mackay warehouse, Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm. You’ll support dispatch, stock control and on-call customer assistance in a fast-paced environment.

Key duties include stocktake, goods receipt/dispatch, on-call support, and maintaining stock quality while delivering professional service to customers. A current forklift ticket and valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months experience in a similar role.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and forklift ticket.
• Strong computer literacy with attention to detail.
• Exceptional customer service and leadership skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

Epiroc Australia is looking for enthusiastic and organised Warehouse Operative based in our Mackay Warehouse, working Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm. You will need to have the drive to learn and develop in the role and the ability to meet dispatch deadlines in an ever-changing environment. You must also be available for on call roster.

As a successful Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for:

• The development of strong customer relationships
• Local inventory maintenance, including stocktake
• Participation in the on-call support roster for emergency customer support
• Stock quality monitoring
• Goods receipt/dispatch
• Freight delivery
• General administration as required

Key requirements of the role would include
