Job summary

Epiroc Australia in Mackay, QLD is seeking a motivated Warehouse Operative to join our Mackay Warehouse team. You will handle stock receipt and dispatch, maintain inventory, and support on-call roster while delivering reliable service to customers.

The role requires forklift ticket, valid licence, and a customer-focused attitude in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with training, career growth, and a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months experience in a similar role.
• Must possess a valid driver’s licence and forklift ticket.
• Strong computer literacy with attention to detail.
• Exceptional customer service.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• The ability to organise, manage workflow and multi-task.
• Be adaptable to ensure our clients' needs are met.

You will need to have the drive to learn and develop in the role and the ability to meet dispatch deadlines in an ever-changing environment. You must also be available for on call roster.
