Job summary

Epiroc Australia is seeking a Warehouse Operative in Mackay to join the team at our Mackay Warehouse. The role runs Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm, with on-call duties and a focus on meeting dispatch deadlines in a dynamic environment.

The successful candidate will have at least 12 months in a similar role, a valid driver's license, and a forklift ticket, plus strong computer literacy and customer service skills. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced operation.

Responsibilities

Epiroc Australia is looking for enthusiastic and organisedWarehouse Operativebased in our Mackay Warehouse, working Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm. You will need to have the drive to learn and develop in the role and the ability to meet dispatch deadlines in an ever-changing environment. You must also be available for on call roster.

Responsibilities

• The development of strong customer relationships
• Local inventory maintenance, including stocktake
• Participation in the on-call support roster for emergency customer support
• Stock quality monitoring
• Goods receipt/dispatch
• General administration as required

Key requirements of the role

• Minimum 12 months experience in a similar role
• Must possess a valid driver's license and forklift ticket
• Strong computer literacy with attention to detail
