Job summary

Epiroc Mackay is seeking a Service Manager to lead day-to-day operations and oversee Epiroc equipment and resources at the customer site in Mackay, QLD. You will drive service delivery excellence and optimize performance while ensuring safety and compliance across projects.

• Extensive experience maintaining surface/underground mining equipment, hydraulic repairs, diagnostics, and low-voltage electrical repairs.
• Experience in preventative and breakdown maintenance.

• Oversee daily activities to meet business objectives and ensure timely service delivery.
• Manage service job costs, including labor and resource allocation.

• Complete KPI-related tasks and provide regular reporting on performance.
