Job summary

Westgold Resources is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operator to join our Perth-based logistics team at the Maddington Hub on a 5/2 roster. You’ll handle freight check off, dispatch, stock takes, ERP receipts, and routine warehouse tasks to keep our mining operations running smoothly.

This permanent full-time role requires at least 3 years of warehousing experience in the mining sector, a current forklift licence, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a warehousing role within the mining industry.
• Current Forklift Licence.
• Experience with an ERP such as Pronto (desirable).
• Proficient MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Freight check off and physical allocation.
• Freight dispatch.
• Warehouse issues handling.
• Rotables dispatch/receipt for repair.
• Housekeeping and cleanliness.
• Stocktake activities.
• Receipt of goods in ERP system.
• Return of goods to suppliers for credit.
• Manage employee personal items for collection.

THE ROLE

WHAT DO I NEED

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a warehousing role within the mining industry (required)
• Current Forklift Licence

• Proficient computer skills & literacy, particularly across the MS Office suite, specifically Excel and Word
• Sound oral & written communication skills.
• Customer focused.
• High Attention to detail.
