Job summary

BJP Laboratories Pty Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Material Coordinator to efficiently coordinate, store, and move raw materials, packaging components and finished goods across multiple sites in Queensland.

You will work with Production, Quality and Supply Chain teams to ensure accurate receipt, storage, and timely provision of materials to production in GMP-regulated environments. This hands-on role requires strong organisation, detail orientation and proactive warehouse management.

Qualifications

• Recent experience as Warehouse Coordinator, Storeperson, or Material Handler.
• Current and valid Forklift Licence (LF).
• Strong inventory management and stock control experience.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritise work across multiple sites and departments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of production materials.
• Prepare and issue materials to manufacturing and packing departments.
• Perform material verification, stock checks, and inventory transactions.
• Ensure all materials are labelled, stored, and managed in GMP compliance.
• Maintain warehouse organisation, cleanliness, and stock location accuracy.
• Transport materials between BJP sites as required.
• Load and unload deliveries safely using forklifts and handling equipment.
• Collaborate with Production Planning to ensure material availability.
• Complete warehouse documentation and inventory records accurately.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.

About you
