B.Pure Australia Pty Ltd – Regents Park NSW
B.Pure Australia is a TGA-licensed brand owner and distributor of premium health supplements, supplying the Australian market and exporting internationally. As we scale our product range and channels, we're looking for an organised, detail-driven Warehouse Administrator to keep our inbound, outbound and inventory operations accurate, compliant and running to schedule.
About the role
This is a hands-on role combining warehouse administration with physical stock handling. You'll be the control point for goods in, goods out and inventory accuracy — ensuring every receipt, pick and dispatch is documented correctly and that stock is stored and traced to the standard expected of a therapeutic-goods business.
Key responsibilities
Organise, process and file all inbound and outbound warehouse paperwork — purchase orders, delivery dockets, packing slips, consignment notes and dispatch records — keeping records accurate and audit-ready.
Maintain inventory records in the warehouse/inventory system; perform data entry, stock adjustments and reconciliations.
Conduct cycle counts and periodic stocktakes, investigate and resolve discrepancies, and report variances.
Monitor batch numbers, expiry dates and lot traceability; apply FEFO (first-expired, first-out) stock rotation and flag short-dated or quarantined stock.
Receive stock from suppliers; verify quantities, batch/lot details and condition against purchase orders and delivery documentation.
Record goods-in accurately in the system, report shortages, damages or discrepancies, and put away stock to the correct locations.
Pick, pack and check customer and channel orders accurately and on time.
Prepare orders for dispatch — labelling, documentation and booking freight/couriers — and confirm outbound records.
Liaise with couriers and freight providers and track deliveries as required.
Follow good storage and warehouse practices consistent with TGA/GMP requirements (cleanliness, stock segregation, temperature/storage conditions where applicable).
About you
1–3 years' experience in a warehouse administration, inventory, logistics or dispatch role (essential).
Strong document and records management — accurate, methodical and detail-oriented.
Basic IT skills and quick to learn new systems.
Clear written and verbal communication.
Well-organised, reliable and able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
Physically fit for warehouse duties, including manual handling and lifting.
Full-time, stable role in a growing, premium, compliance-driven business.
Opportunity to broaden your skills across operations, inventory and compliance as the business expands.
Supportive, close-knit team environment.
