Job summary

Evolve Scientific in Melbourne’s vicinity is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operator to join our Supply Chain team on a six-month contract. Based in Tullamarine, the role is day shift, hands-on and requires forklift experience in GMP‑compliant or highly regulated environments.

You will be responsible for unloading and loading materials, operating LF and LO forklifts, and managing inventory documentation to ensure accurate receiving, storage and delivery across the site.

Qualifications

• LF Forklift Licence is essential.
• LO Licence is essential.
• Experience in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, FMCG or similar environments is preferred.
• Experience with inventory systems and compliance processes.
• Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Unload and load materials safely.
• Operate LF and LO forklifts.
• Use pallet jacks and other handling equipment.
• Pick, pack and prepare materials for distribution.
• Repalletise stock and relocate materials within the warehouse.
• Label and identify materials accurately.
• Deliver materials to internal customers across site.
• Complete warehouse paperwork and maintain records.
• Update inventory and documentation per site procedures.
• Support stock control and inventory accuracy.
• Drive company vehicle for short transfers within site.
• Follow GMP requirements, SOPs and safety procedures.
• General warehouse and housekeeping duties.

Our client is a leading global manufacturer operating within a highly regulated environment, supplying products that support the health and wellbeing of people around the world.

Based in Tullamarine, they are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operator to join their Supply Chain team on an initial 6-month contract, with the potential for extension. This is a hands‑on warehouse role suited to someone with strong forklift experience, excellent attention to detail, and experience working within GMP‑compliant or highly regulated environments. The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday on day shift hours and will play a key role in ensuring materials are accurately received, stored, and delivered across the site.

Duties, but not limited to:

• Unloading and loading materials safely and efficiently
• Operating LF and LO forklifts
• Using pallet jacks and other material handling equipment
• Picking, packing, and preparing materials for distribution
• Repalletising stock and relocating materials throughout the warehouse
• Labelling and identifying materials accurately
• Delivering materials to internal customers across the site
• Completing warehouse paperwork and maintaining accurate records
• Updating inventory and documentation in line with site procedures
• Supporting stock control and inventory accuracy
• Driving a company vehicle for short-distance material transfers within the site
• Following GMP requirements, SOPs, and safety procedures at all times
• General warehouse and housekeeping duties

Skills / Experience:

• Current LF Forklift Licence (essential)
• Current LO Licence (essential)
• Previous warehouse experience within manufacturing, pharmaceutical, FMCG, medical device, or similar environments
• Experience with inventory systems, documentation, and compliance processes
• Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures
