Job summary

LS Global, a Melbourne-based leader in premium skincare and cosmetics, is seeking an experienced individual to run our warehouse. The role covers stock management, order release, picking/packing, receiving, dispatch, and transport coordination at our Melbourne facility.

The candidate will work 4 days a week with potential for full-time after the contract, depending on performance and business needs. ERP experience with Microsoft Dynamics BC is advantageous but not essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems is desirable but not required; training will be provided.
• Strong numerical skills and basic computer proficiency.
• Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail in daily tasks.
• Ability to anticipate issues and take initiative to resolve problems.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Stock management, inventory control and conducting stocktakes.
• Releasing and invoicing orders.
• Picking and packing of orders.
• Receiving and dispatch of goods.
• Coordination of transport bookings.
• Operating with an integrated ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics BC).
• General warehouse duties.
