Responsibilities

• Handle daily warehouse operations including goods receiving, sorting, picking, inspection, and packing for timely delivery.
• Check and update inventory in ERP and PDA systems for data accuracy.
• Support transfer orders, direct delivery orders, and procurement processes.
• Conduct re-inspection, packaging, labeling, and documentation for outbound orders.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts (license preferred) for loading/unloading.
• Process returns and exchanges; record shortages or damages.
• Maintain 6S standards and keep the warehouse clean.
• Support regular stocktakes and assist with ad-hoc tasks.

You will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily warehouse operations, including receiving, sorting, picking, packing, and dispatching goods, while maintaining a clean and safe working environment. This role suits someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key responsibilities

Handle daily warehouse operations including goods receiving, sorting, picking, inspection, and packing to ensure accurate and timely order delivery.

Check and update inventory information in ERP and PDA systems, ensuring accuracy of data.

Support transfer orders, direct delivery orders, and direct procurement processes.

Conduct re-inspection, packaging, labeling, and documentation for outbound orders.

Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts (license preferred) for loading/unloading.

Process returns and exchanges, review and record any claims for shortages or damages.

Maintain warehouse cleanliness and follow 6S management standards.

Support regular stocktakes and assist with ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.

About you

Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.

Familiar with ERP or PDA systems and basic PC operation.

Ability to identify and handle different order types accurately.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

A team player with good communication and problem-solving skills.

Positive, hardworking, and willing to learn under supervision.

Forklift license (preferred but not mandatory).
