Job summary

Adecco Australia Group is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Leading Hand in Melbourne, Australia, to lead daily warehouse operations and a small team. You will drive efficiency, oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch, and ensure stock accuracy while maintaining safety standards.

Your Profile

• Previous experience in aWarehouse Leading Hand, Team Leader, or Senior Storeperson position.
• Strong leadership andpeople management skills.
• Experience with warehousemanagement systems and inventory control.
• Excellent organisationaland problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detailand commitment to accuracy.
• A proactive and positiveattitude with a willingness to lead from the front.
• Good communication skillsand the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Knowledge of workplacehealth and safety requirements.
