Job summary

FS.COM PTY LTD is hiring a Warehouse Assistant for our Dandenong South site. You will assist with receiving, sorting, picking, packing and dispatching while keeping a safe, orderly environment.

You’ll work with ERP and PDA systems, support stock transfers and procurement, and contribute to accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced logistics team. Forklift lic is preferred; full-time role with strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Familiar with ERP or PDA systems and basic PC operation.
• Forklift license preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily warehouse operations including goods receiving, sorting, picking, inspection, and packing to ensure accurate and timely order delivery.
• Check and update inventory information in ERP and PDA systems, ensuring accuracy of data.
• Support transfer orders, direct delivery orders, and direct procurement processes.
• Conduct re-inspection, packaging, labeling, and documentation for outbound orders.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts (license preferred) for loading/unloading.
• Process returns and exchanges, review and record any claims for shortages or damages.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and follow 6S management standards.
• Support regular stocktakes and assist with ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.
