Job summary

Hoban Recruitment is helping a leading Australian logistics provider hire a Warehouse Team Leader to take ownership of daily operations at the Erskine Park site. You'll lead a frontline team across receiving, picking, packing, inventory and dispatch, ensuring safe, accurate and efficient operations.

The role requires hands-on leadership, coordinating 5-10 staff with peak periods of 40+, strong problem-solving, and experience with WMS/ERP systems such as SAP or NetSuite.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Warehouse Team Leader or Supervisor
• Experience leading and coordinating warehouse teams
• Strong leadership, organisation and communication skills
• Experience using WMS/ERP systems such as SAP, NetSuite or similar
• Hands-on, proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of 5-10 warehouse staff, scaling to 40+ during peak periods
• Coordinate daily warehouse operations across receiving, picking, packing, staging and dispatch
• Allocate outbound orders to meet daily targets and delivery deadlines
• Ensure orders are accurately completed and closed in the WMS
• Maintain inventory accuracy and resolve stock discrepancies
• Ensure freight is correctly packaged, staged and ready for dispatch
• Maintain high WHS, safety and compliance standards while supporting continuous improvement

• Current LF Forklift Licence.
