Job summary

Assembly Now is seeking an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to join our growing team in Chipping Norton.

In this permanent role you will work closely with the State Operations Manager to ensure all warehouse duties align with procedures, manage stock, loading, unloading, and safety.

If you bring forklift certification, valid driver's licence and a proactive approach, you will help us deliver reliable service across NSW.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Coordinator.
• Team player with excellent customer service.
• Forklift licence and forklift operation experience.
• Driver's licence and ability to drive vans and small trucks.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Reliable with strong time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle loading and unloading.
• Accurate daily picking and checking stock.
• Stock management across the NSW warehouse.
• Manage incoming and outgoing stock.
• Coordinate container unloading and returns.
• Ensure safety and compliance on site.
• Monitor and improve warehouse performance.
• Maintain stock database and emails.
• Local stock collections and tip runs.
• Heavy lifting.

Permanent opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to join our ever-growing team based in Chipping Norton.

THE ROLE

This role will play an integral part in defining Assembly Now as a leader in bespoke services along the east coast of Australia.

You will be working closely with the State Operations Manager and play a key role in ensuring all warehouse duties are performed in line with operating procedures.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to;

• Vehicle loading and unloading.
• Accurate daily picking and checking stock.
• Stock management across the NSW warehouse.
• Effectively manage incoming and outgoing stock.
• Coordinate container unloading and returns.
• Ensure safety and compliance is observed and maintained across the site and safety plans and compliance are implemented.
• Monitor, review and improve performance and productivity of warehouse practices.
• Maintaining stock database and emails.
• Perform local stock collections and tip runs.
• Heavy lifting
